On a Speed Tune-Up, your mobile PageSpeed score goes up or you get a full refund. On a Speed Overhaul, it goes up at least 20 points or you get a full refund.1 Every other package: if we don’t deliver the ordered scope, you get a full refund.2 We measure the same page on Google PageSpeed Insights before we start and after we finish, and we send you both.

  3. Before work startsYou pick a package. We send the scope and exclusions in writing with a Stripe invoice. Work starts when it is paid.
  4. During the workWe work on a duplicate of your live theme. Your live store is untouched until you review and approve the copy.
  5. DeliveryYou have five business days to review. We fix anything in scope, and we publish when you say go. If we don’t deliver the ordered scope or miss the guarantee, you get a full refund.2

Questions

Will this break my theme?
We work on a duplicate of your live theme and only publish after you have reviewed it. Your original stays untouched until you say go, and we keep a copy of it afterward.
Do you install speed apps?
No. A speed app is one more script to load and one more monthly fee. We fix the underlying theme so the improvement belongs to you.
What if my score doesn’t improve?
On a Tune-Up you get a full refund. On an Overhaul, fewer than 20 points and you get a full refund.1 We measure on Google PageSpeed Insights, mobile, same page, before and after.
What access do you need?
Shopify collaborator access, which you approve from your admin and can revoke at any time. We never ask for your password.
How do I pay?
A Stripe invoice once you accept the quote, paid in full before work starts. Card or bank transfer. If we don’t deliver the ordered scope or miss the guarantee, you get a full refund.2
Who actually does the work?
Vetted Shopify developers, managed and reviewed by the founder. You deal with one person from start to finish, by email.
Do you work on anything other than Shopify?
Shopify is all we do. Klaviyo work we will take on any platform.
